To bring the Saints to your prayer group, church organization or parish, please obtain your pastor’s authorization prior to requesting the visit. For a school, authorization is required from the principal. Please supply Saints Be To God the contact information for the appropriate parish contact person.

We have limited availability outside Massachusetts and New Hampshire at this time.  Special exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

All events are scheduled according to first come first saved availability, taken in the order in which they were received.

Getting ready to host an Exposition

The requirements for hosting the Relics are listed below. Because of the size and holiness of this undertaking, we have found these are the best practices to experience the encountering of Jesus through His Relics and the Relics of His Saints. There are many “heavy hitters” in the over 125 documented relics in the exposition, including St Francis of Assisi, St. Therese of Lisieux (or the Little Flower), and St. Anthony of Padua. Also, some of the rarest relics of the Passion are included, Both Burial Cloths, the Table of the Last Supper and the Purple Cloak. Mary the Mother of God is included with a piece of her vail and tomb, along with Joseph her husband (his Cloak and from his Workshop!).

The exposition is started off with a presentation and teaching about relics which is aimed at answering most questions the guests come with. Many Spiritual points are made about praying, intercession and healing. Emphasis is on the Gospel message of healing to bring people to encounter Jesus. The Spiritual Journey with these most Holy Relics have touched many people in many ways, especially healings. God has always been present and showed that He is here to be encountered.

There is no cost to the parish or school for the hosting of the exposition. No collection will be taken. The parish is asked to allow for freewill offerings and to not have any other activities and/or collections going on at the same time.

Advertising and Spreading the word about the event

The importance of the Parish to advertise the event in their circle of influence (Bulletins, web sites, social media and flyers and other nearby churches) cannot be understated. Invites from the alter by the priest at the announcements for two weeks before the exhibition are powerful. Also, please request the other nearby parishes to include the announcement in their bulletins and web pages. Catholic radio, TV, bloggers/vloggers and newspaper story/advertisements would also be helpful.

Spacing, Material and Equipment Requirements

  • It is advisable to have the relic display in the largest area available. Usually, we bring over 125 relics to each event and it is necessary to leave room for social distancing, so approximately 20 – 30 tables are needed. The tables MUST be clean for these most Holy items of our faith. 6-foot in length tables are preferrable, 8-foot tables will work. We put 3 reliquaries on each rectangular table. If only round tables are available, then you would need to supply cloth table covers that are clean and neat to place these most Holy Relics on. We would be able to place 6 reliquaries on a 60-inch round table. Typically, the tables are arranged around the perimeter of the room and additional seating is provided in the center of the room.  Generally, when we bring the Passion Relics they are positioned at the head of the room, just behind the podium located center stage.
  • The church or hall can be used for the talk. Currently the hall is preferred if it can fit additional seating for guests.
  • Three or four volunteers are requested to help with setup and take down.
  • A microphone will also be needed for the talk.

Other requests

The experiences of the guests have been greatly increased by the presence of a priest and his availability for Confession and/or the Sacrament of the sick. Therefore, Saints Be To God requests a priest to volunteer to be available during the veneration time for the Sacraments.

The second request is for an Honor Guard for the Passion Relics. The Knights of Columbus have filled this position before and have been a great Blessing.
